Medallion Dame in Gelb
Woman in a Yellow Dress
Description
The medallion of the famous painting “Dame in Gelb” (“Woman in a Yellow Dress”) by Max Kurzweil from the Wien Museum’s collection — on a stamp behind glass — can be worn as a necklace but also used as a key ring.
Sophie Stieber lives and works in Vienna, spent many years studying art history, and founded the label “Sophie Soufflé” in 2010. It all started with a gift idea — she made a bangle and a bowl out of an old record. These were followed by purchase offers and many more upcycling designs. Over the course of the past few years, she has specialized in making medallions with stamps, together with her partner Maximilian.
