Handmade from old bicycle inner tubes, the Klaus coin purse is suitable for storing credit cards, business cards, and cash. Made of black rubber, combined with colorful borders and folded labels made of cotton, it is a model of tasteful, tactile, and functional upcycling.
Christoph Fuchs studied sculpture under Professor Bruno Gironcoli at the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna, after which he worked as a freelance artist. Starting in 2002, he began as a freelance 3D operator, graphic designer, and media designer for national and international advertising agencies. After an apprenticeship as a bicycle mechanic, Fuchs started making bags out of old bicycle tires under the label “LEO.”
