The whale sculpture from the former “Gasthaus zum Walfisch” in Vienna’s Wurstelprater is one of the largest objects in the Wien Museum’s collection. From 1951 to 2013, Poldi was mounted above the entrance to the inn’s garden. Today, he floats in the hall of the Wien Museum. The traditional Viennese brand Ciro developed this edition of whale jewelry exclusively for the Wien Museum.
